Alex Francis Aschwanden, age 59, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  Mr. Aschwanden, son of Richard and Maria (Schneiper) Aschwanden, was born on November 21, 1958, in Richmond Virginia.  He was well known and loved by so many for his craftsmanship, his gardening skills and most importantly his sense of humor and the love he had for his family.  He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his two sons, Jeremy Aschwanden and Jason Aschwanden; his two daughters, Stephanie Reed and Amanda Moore; nine grandchildren, Arabella, Geneva, Rex, Fisher, Molly, Dominic, Bryson, Talen, and Jasmine; his brothers and sisters, Charles, Pete, Mark, David, Mary, and Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Pia, Phil, and Maggie.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
