Anna Marie Heston, age 90, of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Cassville, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021. Mrs. Heston, daughter of Dale and Ruth (Britton) Woolsey, was born on May 26, 1930, in Enid, Oklahoma. On November 8, 1963, she was united in marriage to Everett Heston; he preceded her in death on March 10, 1991. Anna loved the outdoors and enjoyed farming. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and reading cookbooks.
Survivors include one son, Lanny Heston and his wife Elaine, Boynton, Oklahoma; six daughters, Vanda Boyd and her husband Willis, and Tonia Ackerman and her husband John, all of Sulphar Springs, Arkansas, Zona Craig, of Bentonville, Arkansas, Quilla Sullivan and her husband Charles, of Nixa, Karen White and her husband Tome, of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, and Fayejean Heston, of Conway, Arkansas; thirty-two grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Sharon Brown and her husband Claude, of Monte, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Anna was preceded in death by one daughter, Carla Nichols; one son, Frank Heston; four grandsons, Kip Church, Billy Lomax, Jeff Heston, and Bruce Rubandell; one brother, John Woolsey; and one sister, Dala Bowlin.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville, with words of comfort spoken by Dawn Backus.
Service arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
