She attended Harmony School in Farmington, Iowa. She later graduated from DMACC college in 1995 with her license in Nursing Home Administration. Wayne and Barbara moved to Southwest Missouri in 2006. Barb was an avid baker and jelly maker! She showcased her creations every weekend at Mt. Vernon Farmers Market. Many sought out her delicious treats and knew her by "Barb's Goodies". Fall was her favorite of all the seasons. The best part of the fall for Barbara was the hayrides and weenie roasts!
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandma. Barbs' greatest love was her family. Any reason at all was a reason for a family dinner to bring everyone together.
