Cary Hobbs went to be with our Lord, February 18, 2024, surrounded by his family. Carey was born March 7, 1948, in McAlester, Oklahoma. Cary joined the Navy from 1968 to 1972. Married Teresa Ann December 23, 1971.

Teresa, his wife of 50 years preceded him in death as did his dad Ishmael Hobbs, mother Theresia Hobbs; sister Colleen Jones and brother Richard Hobbs.

Loved ones left behind are sister, Marie Gregory and husband T.N. Gregory of Tyler Texas; sister-in-law, Sachiko Hobbs of Phoenix, Arizonia, sister Susan George and husband Scopter George of Willcox, Arizonia, brother Rocky Hobbs and wife Linda Hobbs of Kentucky; brother Robert Hobbs and wife Catherine Hobbs; sister Virgina Speakes; brother Frank Hobbs; sister Melody Scroggs and husband Johnny Scroggs all of Cassville Missouri; sister Mandie White of Kerman, California; brother- in- law Jimmy Elam.

Zeneth in Springfield 15 years in the boilers; Cary was a nurse here in Cassville then became a traveling nurse; retired after 15 years.

Cary enjoyed woodworking, giving them as gifts, he loved to make people smile and laugh, he went fishing as much as he could.

He will be greatly missed.
