After retirement Charles and Marie spent lots of time traveling in their RV, spending time with family and eventually returned to Cassville, Missouri to make their permanent home. Charles had a love for life and loved tinkering on anything with a motor. He was a man that never wanted to sit still and would give the shirt off his back to someone in need.
