Cindy Jo Smith, 57, of Seligman MO, died Thursday, January 11, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin MO. She was born on February 19, 1966, in Rogers, Arkansas, to Buddy Smith and Mary Smith. Cindy received her education at Southwest School. She was the class clown and made everybody laugh. Cindy worked at Tyson distribution center in Rogers, Arkansas for several years where she made lifelong friends. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews they gave her great joy just listening to them talk and play. She also loved playing cards and going to the casino. She also loved Horses and watching her eagles fly at her home. She was a very kind and giving person and was loved by so many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buddy Smith, Bob, and Mary Jane Douglas of Seligman, one brother, Robert Douglas Jr, one nephew, Christopher Arnett, one brother-in-law Don Ramsey, her boyfriend, Ben Morris of Pineville, Missouri, her grandparents, Jim and Florence Skelton Bill and Garnetta Smith. She is survived by one brother, Danny Smith and his wife, Melissa of Seligman, five sisters, Shirley Ramsey of Seligman, Sharon Tate and her husband, Buddy of Seligman, Bobbi Vanzandt of Seligman, Pam Wright of Bella Vista, and Jane Ann Douglas Haggard of Seligman, also several nieces, nephews, and cousins & aunts and uncles. A small family service will be at a later date.
