Dawn Hopper, age 59, of Exeter, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the Circle Of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Daughter of Carol and Karen (Beck) Kent, Dawn was born on September 11, 1962, in Elsworth, Kansas. On October 18, 1977, Dawn married the love of her life, Michael Hopper. As a homemaker, Dawn devoted her life to her family.

Dawn was a member of Faith Family Fellowship, who loved the Lord and her church family. Dawn enjoyed eagle spotting, crafting dream catchers, and she made the best enchiladas around, but her greatest joy was taking care of her grandchildren. Dawn was a much beloved family matriarch and she will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, Michael Hopper, of Exeter, Missouri, survivors include four daughters, Vanessa Hopper, Nicole Hopper, Crystal Vega, and Heather Hopper, all of Exeter, Missouri; two grandchildren, Makenzie and Devon; one brother, Aaron Kent, of Lincoln, Arkansas; and one sister, Michelle Kent, of Cassville, Missouri.

Dawn was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sherri Alligar.

Memorial services will be held at First Baptist Church in Cassville, Missouri, on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Dallas LaCaze officiating.
