Donald P. Elliott, age 95, of Eagle Rock, Missouri, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020, at James River Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springfield, Missouri. Mr. Elliott, son of Sylvester and Marie (Nelson) Elliott, was born on October 4, 1924, Menomonie, Wisconsin. Upon Graduating high school he enlisted in the United Stated Navy and served his country proudly. On January 12, 1958, he was united in marriage to Carol Coppersmith in Fort Pierce, Florida. Donald enjoyed reading western books and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Gideon's International.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-two years, Carol Elliott, of Eagle Rock; one son, Alan Elliott and his wife Brenda, of Oregon; six daughters, Karen Elliott, of North Carolina, Suzanne Heggee and her husband Gordan, of Nebraska, Wendy Elliott, of Wisconsin, Valerie Harris and Tracy Elliott, both of Florida, and Victoria Strickler, of Pennsylvania; fourteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by one sister.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
