Donald Frank Engelthaler, age 87, of Shell Knob, Missouri, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Mr. Engelthaler, son of Frank and Louise (Wolski) Engelthaler, was born on January 13, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduating high school, Don enlisted in the United States Air Force. On March 5, 1971, he was united in marriage to Judith Van Selow in Chicago. Don and his wife owned and operated Bass Haven in Shell Knob for many years were they made numerous friendships and memories. He enjoyed fishing and all the new technology. Don was a great friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his wife of forty-eight years, Judy Engelthaler, of Shell Knob; and one son, David Engelthaler, of Chicago, Illinois.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Engelthaler.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
