Dorothy Lamb, age 97, of Shell Knob, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Lawrence County Manor in Mount Vernon, Missouri. Born and raised with a spirit of dedication and love, Dorothy touched many lives with her kindness and community spirit.

Dorothy, known affectionately as a Shrine Lady, and was also a long-standing and dedicated member of the Eagles Lodge.

Twenty-five years ago, Dorothy moved to Shell Knob, where she immersed herself in the local culture and made countless lifelong friends. Her legacy is one of compassion, community, and unwavering support for those she held dear.

Dorothy's presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who were privileged to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and dedication that will be remembered for generations to come.

Survivors include one son, Charles Dade; and one granddaughter.

Dorothy was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, one granddaughter, her parents, one brother and one sister.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Schell City, Missouri.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
