Obituary

Eleanor Kreamer, age 92, of Holiday Island, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018. She was one of ten children born to August and Helen (Schwabenland) Wirth on October 9, 1925, in Fresno, California. Eleanor lived in Fresno County for eighty-two years after which she moved to Holiday Island, Arkansas, to be near her daughter, Linda. In 1943, she was united in marriage to Perry Kreamer and they were married for fifty-six years until his passing in 1998.

Eleanor attended Holiday Island Community Church and Faith Bible Church where she was very active in Sunday school and Vacation Bible School. She loved to paint and was almost completely self-taught. Eleanor was a member of the Society of Western Artists for many years.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Travis and her husband Donald, of Golden; her two sons, Perry Kreamer and his wife Geri, of Nixa, and Jeffrey Kreamer, of Pearce, Arizona; ten grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life and in her words, "I have been truly blessed. God is good!"

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shephard Hospice or the American Heart Association and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory, P.O. Box 890, Cassville, MO 65625.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
