Galie Clarence Bennett, age 89, of Holiday Island, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2020, in Eureka Springs Hospital. He was born December 15, 1931, to Floyd Bennett and Peggy Bellsmith, both who are deceased. His partner of 22 years Joyce E. Forbes survives him. Galie owned and operated his own construction business. He loved traveling and did this for 10 years, pastored Shore Acres Christian Church and was principal of the school.

Galie is also survived by his three daughters in California; one granddaughter, Khrystal Goines, of Holiday Island; several grandkids and great-grandkids; and one brother, Don Bennett, of Modesto, California.

In addition to his parents, Galie was preceded in death by Janet Bennett, and his brother, Floyd Bennett.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
