Gary Dean Hile, age 62, of Monett, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Cox Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Mr. Hile, son of Albin and Mary (Bonham) Hile, was born on March 27, 1956, in Richmond, California. He was a 1974 Purdy High School graduate. On March 25, 1989, he was united in marriage to Joyce Withnell in Monett. Mr. Hile was very interested in the Jehovah Witness faith and spent time studying with the brothers of the congregation. He enjoyed going to the races, watching NASCAR, and working on crossword puzzles.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-nine years, Joyce Hile, of Monett; one son, Jamie Chadwick and his wife Laura, of Cassville; two daughters, Helen Hile and Greatchen Hile, both of Monett; four grandchildren; one brother, Billy Hile, of Monett; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Hile and Larry Hile.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
