Hazel (Orr) Foster of Cassville, Missouri, passed away at Aurora Nursing Center Aurora, Missouri, after a long illness. She was a lifetime resident of Barry County, Missouri. Hazel was born June 9, 1943, to Wilson and Opal (Hall) Orr in Jenkins, Missouri.

She is survived by three children William Foster of Verona, Missouri, Anna McIntire and her husband Henry of Republic, Missouri, Janice Guthrie and her husband Ricky of Aurora, Missouri; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

Hazel married Ivan Foster, October 4, 1960, in Cassville, Missouri which preceded her in death July of 1995. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, one grandchild, her parents, and five siblings.

A private service will be held followed by a burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
