Helen Marie Merrill, age 101, of Monett, Missouri, passed away at The Neighborhoods at Quail Creek on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Daughter of Frank Jacob and Freda Elizabeth (Schaaf) Billeter, Helen was born on January 6, 1922, in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1941, Helen married Robert Howard Merrill.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas Lee Merrill, of Monett, Missouri and Frand Edward and Alexa Merrill of Indianapolis, Indiana; two daughters, Sallianne and Norman Tree, of Clermont, Florida, and Linda Marie and Glen Lee, of Monett, Missouri; nineteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Helen was preceded in death by two sisters, June Elizabeth Ringenberg and Betty Lou Peters.

Funeral service will be Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 10:00 visitation, and 10:30 service at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Monett, Missouri.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
