Ilamae Gorszcsyk, age 80, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Mrs. Gorszczyk, daughter of Joseph and Eileen (Lafabe) Barnoski, was born on April 21, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois. On September 26, 1959, she was united in marriage to Joseph Gorszcsyk in Chicago, Illinois; he preceded her in death on June 8, 2011. Mrs. Gorszczyk enjoyed painting and helping others in need by providing private health care. She was a member of the St. Edward's Catholic Church in Cassville.

Survivors include her son, Steve Gorszczyk and his wife Glenda, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; her daughter, Nancy Jackson and her husband Kevin, of Verona; seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; four brothers; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother.

Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Cassville with The Reverend David Baunach, Celebrant.
