James William Dunton "Jimmy", age 68, of Anderson Missouri, passed from this life on Monday, May 10th, 2021, while at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. Dunton was born on October 10th, 1952, in Hibbings Minnesota, to parents JW Owen and Evelyn Temple. James was adopted at 6 months old to Robert Dunton and Lucille Streight by whom he was loved. In his lifetime James served in the United States Army and also as a retired Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Mr. Dunton really enjoyed his camping and time spent with loved ones. Jimmy was a loving partner, great brother, amazing father, forgiving Uncle, a wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather and he was also a perfect friend to everyone.

His survivors include his significant other, Megan Mahoney of Anderson Missouri; son, Jesse Dunton of Anderson Missouri; four daughters, Jamie Dunton, of Anderson Missouri, Alexandra Dunton and fiancée Shane George, of Lena Louisiana, and Sherrie Beltran, of Yuba City California, Anna Lou of Arizona; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; sister Victoria of Kansas; niece Nicole of Louisiana, niece Amanda of Kansas; and niece Sara of Iowa.

In addition to his parents James was preceeded in death by his ESA Sir Wolfman and son RJ Dunton.

Memorial services for James Dunton will be held June 19th, 2021 starting at 2:00 p.m. located at the Banner Church of the Nazarene of Anderson Missouri.

Mr. Dunton will be dearly missed by all who got to meet and know him.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
