Obituary

Jeanice Inez Bias, 82, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, May 18, 2019. She was an avid wildlife rescuer, an award winning Dutch oven cook who always cooked for charitable causes.  Jeanice was best known for her witty sense of humor, and she touched people's lives where ever she went.

Jeanice was preceded in death by her parents, John Alvin Houlton and Inez Williams-Keeler, her loving husband (pictured), Stephen Bias, a brother, Phillip Houlton, a daughter, Dorris Coomes-Boudeaux, a son, Harold Scott Howell, and two grandchildren, Dean and JoHanna Howell.

She was survived by a son, Donald Howell and his fiancé, Tina Rhodes; three step- children, Christina and Larry Woodcock, Aaron and Amy Bias, and Sharli Bias; sisters, Fayrene Smith and Beverly Harris; her very best friend, Evelyn King; grandchildren, Jamie Semien, Michelle 'Mikki' Howell, Devin Howell, Clay, Cassidy, Courtney, Caleb, and Claire Woodcock, Emily, and Ellie Bias; and great- grandchildren, Micah, Devin, Payton, Katelyn, Audrey and Daniel.

A private family burial will be held at Rowley Cemetery in Washburn at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
