Jenny Lois Hayes, age 68, of Monett, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Mrs. Hayes, daughter of Doyle and Ruby (Ellis) Hayes, was born on September 22, 1951, in Cassville. She was a 1969 Cassville High School graduate. Mrs. Hayes met several people throughout her life always leaving a lasting impression. She had a huge heart for others and her family was very important to her; she will be greatly missed.

Survivors include three sons, Dustin Scroggins, of Monett, Todd Scroggins and his wife Cynthia, of Exeter, and Robbie Purdom, of Pierce City; six grandchildren, Tim Scroggins, Beau Scroggins, Drake Reese, Stormi Purdom, Tyler Purdom, and Robbie "R.J." Purdom; three great-grandchildren, Maddox Briskey, Raelynn Briskey, and Aspen Purdom; two brothers, Lavern Hayes and his wife Henrietta, of Purdy, and Jean Hayes and his wife Linda, of Springfield; one sister, Lavita Rhinehart and her husband Charles, of St. Genevieve; her aunt, Georgia Angelo, of Springfield; her uncle, Bob Hayes and his wife Kay, of Cassville; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Tim Scroggins.

No services are scheduled at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
