Johnny Douglas Williams, aged 75, passed away at his residence in Eagle Rock, Missouri, on Friday, April 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 30, 1949, in Houston, Texas, and graduated from Deer Park High School in 1968 before serving in the Vietnam War. Johnny married Carolyn Newton, his cherished wife, on 1 September 2020 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Johnny had a passion for cooking, often delighting his friends with sumptuous meals. A devoted Longhorns enthusiast, he seldom missed a game. He treasured time with his grandchildren. His pet Sassy brought him immense joy and became his constant companion.
Besides his wife Carolyn and his dear pet Sassy, Johnny is survived by his five children: Lance Williams and his wife Helen, Nicholas Williams and his wife Sammy, Shana Deal, Debra Cuckovic and her husband David, and Chestina Owens and her husband Chris. He leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, who will always cherish their grandfather's wisdom and kindness. Johnny's memory will be valued by all who knew and loved him, including his extended family and many friends from various periods of his life.
Johnny's legacy is characterized by love, dedication, and resilience. His life influenced many, and his spirit will endure in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 25, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville, Missouri.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.
