Joyce Ann Harlow, age 61, of Exeter, Missouri, went home with her Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2022. She was born on June 15, 1961, in Modesto, California, to Larry (and Elaine) Rathbun and Patti (and Donald) Hall.  She had 8 brothers: Peter, Mark, Alan, Chris, Michael, Larry, Gary Don, Jason, and 5 sisters: Cathie, Donella, Angela, Monica, and Stephanie.

Her life changed forever when she met Carl Harlow in 1976.  They had 2 children: Keith (and Cherish) Rathbun, of Exeter, and Jennifer Worm, of Ozark.  They had 6 grandchildren: Dana Allen, Rikki Worm, Kody Worm, Kolton Worm, Trinity Rathbun, Emma Jo Rathbun, and 1 great-grandchild, Braxton Rathbun.

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Larry Rathbun and Donald Hall, and one granddaughter, Emma Jo.

Joyce heard the good news of Jesus Christ in 1987 and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior, and from there forth lived her life as a testimony to Him.  She touched many lives in her time here on earth, especially children and youth.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Family Life Center in Cassville.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home & Crematory of Cassville.
