Larry Martin Benninger, age 77, of Shell Knob, Missouri, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Marcy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.  Mr. Benninger, son of Neil and Helen (Noviki) Benninger, was born on March 23, 1944, Tacoma, Washington.  On April 12, 2011, he was united in marriage to Carole Linebarger in Shell Knob.  Some of Larry's favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting, and working on race cars.  He lived his life to the fullest and was a dear friend to so many.

Survivors include his wife, Carole Benninger, of Shell Knob; three daughters, Kristi Kritz, of Cassville, Mary Gierman, of Farmington, Arkansas, and Brittany Benninger, of Poleman, Washington; one son, Sonny Benninger, of Huntsville, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one brother, Alan Benninger, of Chewelah, Washington; one sister, Karen Kim, of Graham, Washington; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his grandson, Jacob Morrell.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
