Leta Chadd, age 77, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Mrs. Chadd, daughter of Clinton and Edith (Roberts) Reed, was born on May 3, 1941, in Seligman. She was a 1959 Washburn High School graduate. On May 9, 1959, she was united in marriage to Don R. Chadd; he preceded her in death on December 25, 2005. Mrs. Chadd enjoyed reading, and never missed a chance to watch the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Mrs. Chadd attended Exeter First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Donnie Chadd and his wife Kim, of Exeter; and one daughter, Alesa Nicolay, of Norman, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Megan Phillips, Katie Massey, Kasey Stover and Alex Joseph; five great-grandchildren; one sister; Hank Williams, of Cassville; her brother-in-law, Bob Chadd, of Cassville; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville with Pastor Jerry Yarnall officiating.

The family will receive friends from noon until service time at the White Funeral Home and Crematory.
