Lewis Paul Puckett, age 62, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Puckett, son of Neal and Ruth (Wynn) Puckett, was born on April 5, 1959, in Jackson, Mississippi. Upon graduating high school Lewis subsequently enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He was united in marriage to Allison McAfee; she preceded him in death in 1998.

Lewis' passion in life was that of being a marine. He was very active and enjoyed the outdoors with such activities as swimming, skiing, sky diving, and mountain climbing. Lewis traveled the world, living his life to the fullest; he was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his sister, Patty Rhoads and her husband Murray, of Cassville; his brother, Neal Puckett and his wife Nancy, of Golden; nephew, Jeff Disher and his wife Tina, and his uncle, John Disher and his wife Sherry, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and cousin, Joann Tompson and family, of Noble, Oklahoma, who Lewis was very close to; and well as other extended family members who all loved him dearly.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11, 2021, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Gibson, Oklahoma.
