Lorena Harrington, age 64, of Jenkins, Missouri, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.  Mrs. Harrington, daughter of Richard and Virginia (Oliver) Hendryx, was born on January 31, 1957, in Yakima, Washington.  On December 24, 1990, she was united in marriage to Billy Harrington; he preceded her in death on March 9, 2014.   Lorena loved plants of all kinds and spending time with her family and friends.  One of her favorite pastimes was volunteering her time at area nursing home dressed up as "Kordella" the clown, making others laugh and brighten their day.  Lorena was a member of First Baptist Church in Cassville.

Survivors include two sons, James Maxwell, of Aurora, and Shad Bryant, of Joplin; five grandchildren; one brother, Richard Hendryx, of Eugene, Oregon; three sisters, Lynette Craig, Yuma, Arizona, Linda Thomasch, Parma, Ohio, and Angela Hampton, of Lawrenceville, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, with Minister Carrie Beck officiating.

A private family burial will be held at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins at a later date.
