Louis Lovelady, age 82, of Eagle Rock, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Mr. Lovelady, son of Lee and Mildred (Ward) Lovelady, was born on May 16, 1936, in Montana, Kansas. He joined the United States Navy where he served his country proudly during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Lovelady enjoyed hunting, fishing, flying airplanes, fast cars, and scuba diving. He was a member of the Golden Glove Boxer.

Survivors include his life partner, Shirley Evans, of Eagle Rock; three sons, Loyal Lovelady, of Lexington, Kentucky, Jeff Lovelady, of Modesto, California, and Gerald Lovelady, of San Diego, California; one daughter, Linda Bunch, of Sonora, California; ten grandchildren; four brothers, Eldon Lovelady, Phillip Lovelady, Bruce Lovelady, and Larry Lovelady; two sister, Beverly Ann Goade and Adriana Rainwater; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter.
