Madeline Frances Herrera, age 81, of Seligman, Missouri, formerly of California, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Mercy Cassville Hospital.  Daughter of Henry and Vada (King) Howard, Madeline was born on March 25, 1941, in Wyoming, West Virginia.  On May 1, 1985, she was united in marriage to Pete Herrera; he preceded her in death on May 13, 2006.  Madeline was always one who lived life to the fullest and one of her greatest enjoyments in life was going to casinos and being with family and friends.  She was a dear friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two daughters, Ciba St Pierre and her husband Mike, and Vicky Barnes, all of Seligman; five grandchildren, Tristi St Pierre, of Chicago, Illinois, Taryn Pumphrey, of Boston, Massachusetts, Jeremy Barnes, of Purdy, J.T. Hedstrom, Laguna Beach, California, and Jake Dimello, of Cassville; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Morris Howard, of Blanchester, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Madeline was preceded in death by one son, Micheal Strunk; one grandson, David Strunk; and six brothers and sisters.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
