Mary Godsey, age 89, of Golden, Missouri, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, peacefully at her home. Mary was born November 14, 1934, in Logan, Iowa, to Louie and Monica (Mulvihill) Pitt. On February 11, 1953, she was united in marriage to Stephen Godsey. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2020. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible in the kitchen cooking or canning. Mary really enjoyed sewing, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include one son Kirk Godsey of Golden, Missouri; two daughters, Mary Godsey of Golden, Missouri, and Ava Henry of Evans, Colorado; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to the love of her life Stephn Godsey, she was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Patrick Godsey; and two daughters, Debra Phillips and Rochelle Ford.

A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
