Matthew Eric Donahue of Eagle Rock, Missouri, passed away on October 5, 2025, in Berryville, Missouri. He was born on May 28, 1991, in Aurora, Missouri, to Melissa and Joseph Donahue.

Mr. Donahue served honorably in the United States Army and subsequently held the position of machine technician, where he was recognized for his proficiency, diligence, and commitment.

He pursued his interests with enthusiasm, particularly enjoying video games, fishing, and automobiles, especially hot rods. Renowned for his sociable nature and generosity, Matthew formed connections easily and brought warmth and humor to those around him.

He is survived by his daughter; his parents, Melissa and Shawn Bohanan of Monett, Missouri; his sister, Molly Anderson and her husband Brett of Black Hills, South Dakota; his brother, Brandon Bohanan and his wife Edith of Monett, Missouri; as well as three nephews, two nieces, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Matthew honor to VFW Post 4207 in Monett, Missouri.

Matthew will be profoundly missed by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His positive spirit and kindness will endure in the memories of those whose lives he touched.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
