Obituary

Max Franklin Buckley, age 87, passed peacefully in the company of his loving, devoted wife, and daughters, in his home on 2/15/2022.

Son of Leslie Franklin Buckley and Margaret Irene (Washburn) Buckley.

He was married to his childhood sweetheart, Wilma Ann Albin, on June 19 th , 1955, in Topeka Kansas.

She survives.

His daughters, Diane Renae and spouse, Wood of Missouri and Becky Jo and spouse Jacques, of Kansas also survive.

He served in The United States Army with Military Police detail as an expert marksman, stationed in Frankfurt, Germany from 1956 to 1958 as active duty and an additional 4 years of reserve duty.

His career as a master pressman at Jostens Yearbook was held from 1952-1997.

He and Wilma then retired and moved to their dream lake home in Missouri where they enjoyed fishing, boating and the abundant nature lake life offers.  They were involved in many fun adventures with friends and neighbors.

The family will honor Max with a private service.
