Ora "Bea" Beatrice Northcutt, age 91, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at Cassville Health Care and Rehab. Mrs. Northcutt, daughter of Everett and Henrietta (Housewright) Wyrick, was born on January 6, 1928, in Castle, Oklahoma. On February 17, 1945, she was united in marriage to Billy D. Northcutt; he preceded her in death on August 24, 1995. Mrs. Northcutt was very well known for her love of poetry, and she also published two books, "Tomorrow Will Be Better" and "What Time I Am Afraid." Some of her fondest memories were riding motorcycles with her husband Bill traveling the country and enjoying life. Mrs. Northcutt was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Northcutt and his wife Sharon, of Cassville, and Danny Northcutt and his wife Lucy, of San Antonio, Texas; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; her brother in-law, Larry Northcutt and his wife Ladonna, of Grove, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Garry Northcutt; one grandson, Jeremiah Northcutt; seven brothers; and two sisters.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at the Denver Cemetery in Norman, Oklahoma, with Evangelist John Hile officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
