Obituary

Patricia Ann Williams, age 71, of Exeter, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 21, 2019. Mrs. Williams, daughter of George and Frances (Cronier) Stringer, was born on December 13, 1947, in Cassville. She was united in marriage to Enos Williams in 1965; he preceded her in death. Mrs. Williams worked in several different places including Glad in Rogers, Arkansas, Justin Boots and at Walmart as a door greeter both in Cassville. She enjoyed reading, traveling with her sisters, camping and fishing. Mrs. Williams loved to spend time with her grandchildren and her sweet Lilli who always had a way to brighten her day. Church was very important to her and she attended Mt. Olive Baptist.

Survivors include her daughter, Stacey Carpenter, of Exeter; one son, Tony Williams and his wife Sherry, of Shreveport, Louisiana, her daughter-in-law, Tammy Williams, of Warrensburg; two granddaughters, Sydney Barnes and her husband Blake, and Chloe Carpenter, all of Exeter; one grandson, Martin Simpson, of Nevada; four brothers, Vernon "Butch" Stringer and his wife Rita, of Eagle Rock, Johnny Stringer and his wife Gina, of Eagle Rock, Tommy Stringer, of Cassville, and Kenny Stringer and his wife Gina, of Cassville; five sisters, Jeannie Stednitz and her husband Bill, of Cassville, Myrtle Kimble, of Cassville, Georgia Fryer and her husband Freddy, of Cassville, Joyce Cook and her husband Kevin, of Fairview, and Linda Anstaett and her husband Gene, of Cassville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Jody Williams; and one brother, Kevin Stringer.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, with Pastor Kevin Hilton officiating. Burial to follow at Munsey Cemetery in Eagle Rock. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
