Robert Lyall Corke, age 75, of Golden, Missouri, passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Mr. Corke, son of Lyall and Aylene Corke, was born on February 5, 1944, in Winnipeg, Canada. Subsequent to graduating high school, Mr. Corke received a Master's Degree in Biology and worked for the state of California as a biologist. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. Mr. Corke was united in marriage to Roberta Bequette; she preceded him in death on September 29, 2016. He was a diehard Republican who enjoyed watching conservative T.V. shows such as Fox News and had a library of conservative reading material. Mr. Corke never was afraid to stand up for what he believed in and for his country. He was a friend to many and will be missed.

Survivors include two sisters, JoAnne Couvaras, of Houston, Texas, and Janet Burke, of Sacramento, California; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Paul and Jan Fiscus, of Eagle Rock.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, with words of comfort spoken by Paul Fiscus.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
