Roy Douglas Richards, age 77, of Golden, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020, at home after battling cancer. Roy, son of Bob and Marrianne (VanAntwerp) Richards, was born on October 10, 1943, in Callaway, Nebraska. He worked many years in the construction business, operating backhoes and dump trucks. Roy loved to play his weekly pool games down at the Pub in Golden.

Roy is survived by his brother, Roger Richards, of Golden; two daughters, Malissa Richards and Jennifer Minyard, both of Denver, Colorado; many grandchildren; and several special friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Bob and Marrianne Richards, of Golden; and one sister, Sharon Griboski, of Denver, Colorado.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
