Teresa Hobbs, age 69, of Cassville, passed away in her home on Saturday, September 2, 2023. Mrs. Hobbs, daughter of Monte and Maxine Elam, was born on April 18, 1954, in Bakersville, California. She was united in marriage to Cary Hobbs on December 23, 1971; he survives. Teresa was a registered nurse and worked at the hospital in Cassville for many years where she helped deliver many babies; she was an avid reader, belonged to several book clubs, and loved animals. Teresa was a member of the Mineral Springs Baptist Church.

Additional survivors include one brother, Jimmy Elam of Alma, Arkansas; two sisters, Cindy Loomis of Clovis, New Mexico, and Anita Gregory of Alma, Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Haven of the Ozarks and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory.
