Virginia L. Cox, age 72, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Cassville. Mrs. Cox, daughter of Robert and Louise (Herring) Cox, was born on April 3, 1947, in Minden, Louisiana. She enjoyed quilting, reading, listening to music, and gardening. Mrs. Cox was of the Baptist faith, loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include one son, Richard Lytle, of McAlester, Oklahoma; two daughters, Sharise Lytle, of Butterfield, and Christa Metter, of Exeter; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Willie Owens, of Odesa, Texas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Chadd Lytle.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
